Class of 2025 Caps, Gowns, and Memorabilia

To place your cap and gown order please visit our online store at www.chicagobalfour.com. You can pay for your cap & gown with a credit or debit card online.

The deadline to pay for your cap and gown package is January 31, 2025. A late payment fee will apply after January 31, 2025.  Your cap and gown price includes taxes, shipping to the school & handling. Your cap and gown package will be delivered to your school.  The school will inform you of the date and time of pick up.

  • Package 1 - $40.00 (Required Package) Cap, Gown, Tassel & Medallion
  • Package 2 - $50.00 Cap, Gown, Tassel & Medallion; Year Date Tag w/ Chain
  • Package 3 - $60.00 Cap, Gown, Tassel & Medallion; Year Date Tag w/ Chain and Jumbo Tassel w/ Bling Year Date
  • Package 4 - $70.00 Cap, Gown, Tassel & Medallion; Year Date Tag w/ Chain, Jumbo Tassel w/ Bling Year Date, and Silver Year Date Key Ring

Money orders and cashier’s checks should be made payable to Chicago Balfour. If payments are being made by money order or cashier’s check, please be sure to include the student’s name, school, height, and weight with your payment. 

Any cap and gown refund must be requested in writing within 10 days after the commencement ceremony. Cap and gown packaging must be unopened. (Late fees are non-refundable)
