Semester exam schedule, Spring 2025

Seniors

On Monday, May 12th, senior students will attend a full day of classes. Beginning with period 4 through period 7, seniors will be administered their final exams. On Tuesday, May 13th, seniors will be given final exams Early Bird through period 3. At the end of period 3, senior students will be dismissed and they are done for the school year. *No bus transportation will be provided*

All Underclassmen

Final Exam Information and Expectations

  • Exam Periods are 70 minutes in length.
  • Breakfast will be available on all exam days.
  • Grab and Go Lunch will be available on all exam days at specified times.
  • Regular morning bus routes will remain consistent and modified routes will be arranged based on exam schedule.
  • Students should arrive at their bus stops approximately 50 -60 minutes prior to the start of their exam time.
  • Students will remain in class period for the entire 70 minutes.
  • Final exams should be constructed so that students can complete within 60 minutes.
  • Students will be allotted 5 minutes at the beginning of each exam period to review notes/study guides.
  • Students will be allotted approximately 5 minutes at the end of each exam period to prepare for next upcoming exam.
  • Special Considerations: Semester 2 will end on May 30th, 2025. This exam schedule permits specified make-up periods.

Day 1 – Wednesday, May 28th

  • Period 1 8:25 – 9:35 am
  • Period 2 9:40 – 10:50 am
  • Period 0 (EB) 10: 55 – 12:05 pm
  • Make-Up 12:10 – 1:10 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)
    • Regular morning bus routes – No early bird route available
    • Bus dismissal routes at 10:50 am (All campuses) & at 12:05 pm (South students only)
    • Grab and Go Lunch available at 10:50 am and 12:05 pm

Day 2 – Thursday, May 29th

  • Period 5 8:25 – 9:35 am
  • Period 7 9:40 – 10:50 am
  • Period 6 10:55 – 12:05 pm
  • Make-Up 12:10 – 1:10 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)
    • Regular morning bus routes – No early bird route available
    • Additional morning pick-up routes at 8:45 am for students who have 5th hour lunch on schedule.
    • CTE shuttle bus departs North and South at 9:00 am for Center and at 9:40 am for Center
    • Bus dismissal routes at 12:05 pm
    • Grab and Go Lunch available at 10:50 am and 12:05 pm

Day 3 – Friday, May 30th

  • Period 3 8:25 – 9:35 am
  • Period 4 9:40 – 10:50 am
  • Make-Up 10:55 – 11:55 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)
  • Make-Up 12:00 – 1:00 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)
    • Regular morning bus routes – No early bird route available
    • Additional morning pick-up routes at 8:45 am for students who have 3rd hour lunch on schedule (North/South)
    • Bus dismissal routes at 9:35 am (North/South) and 10:50 am (All campuses)
    • Grab and Go Lunch available at 9:35 am and 10:50 am

Semester 2 will end on May 30th, 2025. This exam schedule permits specified make-up periods.
