Principal's Message
Mr. Brian Rucinski
Meteor Family,
It is hard to believe how quickly the 1st quarter has come to an end, and we have a lot to celebrate!
- We had over 400 students meet our September attendance incentive and we are projecting over 500 students will make the 1st Quarter Honor Roll.
- Both our Football and TF United Soccer teams were able to win their opening game on our beautiful new turf field.
- Our Marching Band brought home a First-Place trophy from the Chicago State “Soul Bowl”.
- Our students and staff have had excellent opportunities to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
We look forward to keeping the momentum heading into the 2nd quarter as our winter sports season is starting soon.
Students, please remain committed to both your attendance and your courses, and reach out to Athletic Director Stubbs at DStubbs@tfd215.org if you are interested in participating in Boys or Girls Basketball, Boys or Girls Wrestling, or Boys Swimming. As we move forward, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Stay North,
Our School
