Student Spotlight

The Career Development Department of Thornton Fractional High School District 215 would like to nominate Avery Crudup for this recognition. Avery created the name – Lavish Studio – for the school district’s innovative Lavish School of Cosmetology and Barbering. Avery is the top student in the district’s new barbering program. He is on track to complete the program in the spring of 2023 and will be eligible to sit for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation barber exam.
